We want you to love your High Tide ritual. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or used products.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@saltieselkie.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
